To make the “Animation Roads” possible, FAXCINATION collaborates with regional Institutions, groups and individuals in order to collect the sequences of images needed for the Animation Roads. These are generally produced during workshops that take place in the framework of the Institutions programmes. Workshops also take place at school or in youth centres.The groups and partners who decide to be involved in the FAXCINATION projects are generally sensitive to the following aspects.

FAXCINATION offers an opportunity to discover networking collaboration within a creative project.
The FAXCINATION creation uses the ICT for graphics, animation and interactive content. The tools used for its creation are seldom explored for group creation (networking creation). Learning these tools offers many advantage for artists, students and their teachers who are living in an increasing ICT environment.
The FAXCINATION project can greatly contribute to the implementation of the Education For All (EFA) programmes that these regional partners are developing.

INSTITUT DE LA FRANCOPHONIE POUR L'INFORMATIQUE - IFI, , was created by AUF (Association of Francophone Universities) in 1995 following a Vietnamese request to AUF to fund the training of high-level Vietnamese engineers and college professors in Computer Science. IFI is for Vietnam an aid to development and a tool for Vietnamese to acquire and master the latest techniques in information processing and computer communications. For the countries that are funding the project (Belgium, Canada-Quebec, France, French-speaking Switzerland, Luxemburg), IFI is a tool to increase trade with South-Eastern Asian countries which are members of “Francophonie”. IFI also helps with regional cooperation between Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. ( Read more)

ANIMACAO
Since 1996, Animação association works with the IRIT (institute of research in Data processing of Toulouse) on a project of virtual puppets called: "mario.net".
Thanks to the use of magnetic sensors of movements such as the magnetic sensors Polhemus or the gloves of data, the hands of the marionnettist can control the positions and the orientations of virtual characters and create the life into him as it would do it for traditional puppet. In France also, it was the all class of CP/CE1 Saint Martory school, which participated to the creation. But here kids where not older than 8 years old, and they have continued the work started at IFI
